Earn financial rewards: Receive a $2,000 referral bonus for your successful hire!

Eligibility for reward

You're eligible for a referral reward if:

• You are the first source to refer to the candidate's resume.
• The candidate is not already active in our database.
• The referred candidate remains employed at Bringg for at least 3 months after their start date.

You will get endless appreciation, but NOT a reward if you are:

• The hiring manager for the open role (direct managers and above).
• At the VP level or higher.
• Not a Bringg employee.

Payment terms

• Rewards are issued 3 months after the new hire's start date.
• Taxes on the reward will be grossed up, ensuring your net pay isn't impacted (also known as 'Gilum').
• You'll receive a net $2,000 reward.

How should Bringgsters know of their eligibility for the reward

• The HR team will notify you via email when your referral is successfully hired.
• After the 3 months, you'll receive a follow-up email with available reward options.
• Inform HR of your preferred reward, and they'll coordinate with Finance to process it in the next payroll cycle.

How to refer your friend?

Apply for their CV via GreenHouse, and their profile will automatically be saved under your name.
