Special Parental/Medical Payment

Full-time employees who are going through a parental or pregnancy-related procedure (e.g., abortion, adoption, surrogacy, etc.) that is not covered in any way by Bringg's local health insurance policies may be eligible to receive a one-time payment up to $5,000.

Employees who wish to take advantage of this benefit should send a written request to their HRBP, who will consider their eligibility.

The HRBP may request supporting documentation from the employee.

If approved, the HRBP will send the employee a letter of approval with additional instructions (if any) regarding the steps necessary to receive the one-time payment.
